Are OnZen Eggs free range?
No, but our laying hens are enclosed in a modern housing facility in a stress-free environment. To ensure the freshness of our eggs, our farm takes extreme measures to minimize the risk of diseases without using antibiotics.

Where is your farm located?
Our farm is located in Kalumpang, Hulu Selangor.

How long is the delivery time if I purchase online?
1 - 2 working days (except weekend and public holidays). Purchases on weekends would have their eggs delivered on Monday / Tuesday. Expect delay in delivery during MCO period 1-3 working days.

Which area do you deliver to?
Delivery within Klang Valley only.

Delivery fee charges when we purchase from your online store?
We offer a flat rate of RM6 /location for delivery within Klang Valley area.

Have OnZen Eggs been tested by any lab?
Yes, the content of our eggs is tested by Vet Food Agro Diagnostics (M) Sdn Bhd (VFAD) based on stringent standards provided by Japan.
VFAD is an ISO/IEC 17025 and ILAC-MRA accredited laboratory providing a comprehensive range of quality analytical tests in chemistry, microbiology, molecular biology and serology. http://www.vfad.com.my/

Office is located in Prima Avenue, Petaling Jaya.

What is your retail price for OnZen Eggs?
Offline retail/outlets price varies between RM10.00 - RM13.90 for 10 eggs.
Online prices through OnZen websites are RM10.90 - RM10.00 for Box of 10 eggs and RM29.00 - RM27.00 for Tray of 30 eggs.

Expiration date for OnZen Eggs?
26 - 28 days shelf life. We recommend keeping it refrigerated to maintain best freshness.

OnZen Eggs are of what grade?
OnZen Eggs is the highest quality egg you can buy. Grade A, B weight is between 56g to 68g per egg. The grading of eggs is based on weight not size.

Is it safe to consume OnZen Eggs every day?
According to research done by the National University of Malaysia (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia), 3 whole eggs per day is safe for consumption for an average healthy adult. But we suggest consuming everything in moderation :)
