Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT

1. Payment via Boost, Grabpay, TNG ewallet, Maybank QR and Online Banking.
2. For self-collect customers, please proceed to make your payment via our easystore before collection. 
3. Cash upon delivery or collection is currently not available. All payments must be made before delivery or collection.

DELIVERY

1. There will be a delivery charge of RM 6 for each order within Klang Valley, which will be included in the final bill total for payment.
2. Orders received before 4.30pm will be delivered the next 1/2 business day. Orders received after 4.30pm will be processed the next business day. Excluding public holidays.
3. Fixed Delivery Area:
   - Monday: Sg Buloh, Gombak
   - Wednesday: Kajang, Semenyih, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya
   - Thursday / Friday: Klang, Shah Alam
   - Saturday: Rawang, Sg Buloh
     (Areas not mentioned, your order will be delivered the next 1/2 business day. Excluding public holidays.)
4. Delivery time between 10am - 6.30pm (Weekdays) and 9am - 1pm (Saturday).
5. You will be notified on the day of delivery via the mobile number provided / chat box / messenger.

SELF-COLLECT CUSTOMERS

1. Office operation hours is between 10am - 6.30pm (Monday - Friday, except Public Holiday)
2. You may opt for self-collection. Payment can be made via our easystore without any delivery charges.
3. Waze “Fornix Foodstuffs Sdn Bhd” for the location of our office to collect your order.
4. Kindly ensure that you inspect your eggs before leaving our office after self-collection. Any complaints after will not be entertained.
